Summer seems to have agreed with the CUC Men's and Women's soccer teams. Both teams have won recent games...by a huge margin. The men's team played Patrick Henry College on Friday, August 31, for a win of 6-1. The women then pulled off a huge win on Sunday against Gallaudet University with a final score of 8-1. "We were so excited to pull off our first win against Gallaudet, which is such a well-known school," said freshman forward Jeralyn Wile of the Lady Pioneers.
Congratulations to both teams...and we hope to see more of the same in the upcoming season!
Come see the Lady Pioneers play their next home game against Christendom College on September 10 at 6 p.m. The men's soccer team plays next on September 6 at Martin Luther King Jr. Recreational Park against Holy Family University.
