THE COLUMBIA UNION College music department has announced that it will perform three concerts at
Carnegie Hall in New York city during the month of November. The concerts will be held on November 12, 20, and 26. The concert on November 26 will feature internationally renowned composer and conductor John Rutter directing Handel's
Messiah.
If you are a prospective student who is interested in studying music at Columbia Union College, please email us at
enroll@cuc.edu or
neye@cuc.edu to find out how you can get complimentary tickets for one of the concerts.
These concerts are just further examples of the opportunities that exist for music students at Columbia Union College. This year CUC will perform more than 20 times at
Carnegie Hall (can you college do that?) and will tour the west coast during the first week of January. Last summer the college orchestra and choir toured Brazil and Argentina for a month; and the summer before last they toured England and South Africa for a month. These are the kinds of opportunities that just don't exist at many other colleges.
Please contact us if you would like more information about the music program.
